Climate Adaptation Program director, University of California Davis Policy Institute
Julia (Julie) Ekstrom is the Climate Adaptation Initiative Director at the UC Davis Policy Institute. She is a social scientist with expertise in climate change adaptation and vulnerability, coastal and marine management, and governance analysis.
