Clare Fieseler is an ecologist and journalist based in Washington, DC. For the past two years she taught U.S. environmental policy at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Starting in spring 2021, she will serve as the Justice Sandra Day O’Connor Fellow at the Smithsonian Institution studying biodiversity monitoring and science diplomacy.
